Dispatch

Our Products are custom made. We aim to dispatch to you within a week of the order being placed, however sometimes this may not be possible if we need to order in anything for your order.

Individual items may be posted 2nd Class. For two or more items 1st Class postage will be used.

Local Delivery items will be delivered within a week, if for any reason this cannot be achieved e.g the product is on back order we will contact you to inform you of your options.

If you need an item ASAP, please message us and we can try and accommodate your needs as best as possible.

Packaging

On a tight Scheduele?

We try to be as eco friendly as possible. We will not post items in plastic bags. We also use paper tape as often as possible.

Returns

Returns must be made within 30 days of dispatch.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty we will offer you a replacement or a refund.

Replacement: Simply send us an email with a video showing the item and its fault and we will arrange a replacement to be sent to you.
Refund: Products will need to be returned, once we receive the item we will process your refund and reimburse you for the postage*

Unwanted Items

Custom made Products that you do not want due to being the wrong sizing, colouring etc will not receive full refunds. For this you will be required to return the item (at your own cost). You will then be issued with credit towards any future orders.

Unwanted pet food items are non refundable as these cannot be returned for safety reasons.

Other products which are unwanted may be returned (at your own cost) for a refund providing they have remained in packaging if applicable (bedding, inconti-pads etc)
